Page abandonment is something that Ebay have been using a lot on me while doing research on items.

I’ll browse a T-shirt on the site and 6 hours later i’ll receive an email asking if i’m still interested.

There are a few ways to do this for your site.

You can create a campaign that is sent if a customer visits a particular product but doesn’t add it to their cart or complete the checkout process.

This series is a little different as we need to look at why they didn’t add it to their cart. They could be confused as to how the product works. They could be concerned with quality.

You’ll want to address any possible issues they may have with committing to buying in this automation.

In both of your abandonment automations I highly suggest adding video testimonials to build trust and beat objections that your customers might have.
