HTML vs Plain Text – Best Performance

A Short Clip From The EmailLoyalty Full Course

Sometimes to be “on brand”, it’s nice to send an HTML email but I’d suggest testing both HTML and text against each other to see which one brings in the best results.

Results is all that really matters.

This will make sure that your emails have the best chance of being delivered, seen and opened.

In a later chapter we’re going to cover “What to send” in your campaigns, so that you can start crafting highly engaging plain old text emails for your list.
